St. Paul Pipefitters Joint Apprenticeship Committee (JAC) represents the Minnesota Mechanical Contractors Association, Inc., and the Pipefitters Local Union No. 455, AFL-CIO, Saint Paul, Minnesota in cooperation with the Minnesota Apprenticeship Advisory Council, Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry. The St. Paul Pipefitters Joint Apprenticeship Training Center (JATC) operates out of the Saint Paul College - A Community & Technical College of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system and adheres to all its policies therein.
